Refunds and Cancellations
If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong product or you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately on 01323 645067. If we are given sufficient notice, we should be able to change your order prior to dispatch. If your order has been dispatched then you will need to follow the procedures for returning the item.
Your rights to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us. You must notify us in writing if you wish to make a cancellation. The goods must not be used and be returned to us in its original packaging.
How to notify us:
The right to cancel your order does not extend to Special Order products which have been made to your specification. For reasons of hygiene and cross infection, our returns policy does not extend to the following products:
We reserve the right to charge for the delivery and re-stocking cost involved in returning any items to us.
Refunds will normally be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item. Depending upon your credit / debit card provider, your card should be credited 3 – 5 days after the refund has been processed.
How to return items to us
You can return any standard items bought online to our showroom. Simply take the despatch note and the product you wish to return or exchange to our showroom and tell a member of staff that you bought it online. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange items without the despatch note.
Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use.
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge expect in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty.
We reserve the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Although not a statuary requirement, we recommend you use a postal service that insures the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund, on receipt of the returned goods, however you will need to return the entire order at your cost.
