Bison Bede
The Bison 45 has a built-in soft start and stop facility to give you a smooth and comfortable ride quality. The integral high power re-chargeable battery pack will ensure your stairlift is available for use, even in the event of a mains power failure.
Bison Bede Compact Chair
The Bison Compact’s slimline design will fit on even the narrowest of straight stairs, folding up to less than 12” (300mm) when not in use, allowing maximum access to the staircase for non-stairlift users. Compact has been designed to easily blend into your home and should quickly become as much a part of your life as your favourite armchair.
Compact has a choice of different seat heights, so it can be specifically matched to your personal requirements. There is also a choice of seatbelts to ensure safe travel on the stairlift.
The footrest is extremely close to the floor, and stops level with the top step for easy access to the landing. Safety edges prevent trapping of objects whilst the stairlift is in motion.
Meditek Stairlift
Control of your MediTek stairlift can be affected either by use of a simple, user-friendly joystick located in the arm of your choice, or alternatively the stairlift can be controlled remotely by means of an infra-red hand-held transmitter that requires no unsightly control boxes or cables.
The MediTek stairlift comes as standard with an offset manual seat swivel. At the flick of a lever, the easy to use swivel chair can be manoeuvred into the 45deg or 85deg position and back again. Alternatively you can have a powered seat swivel as an optional extra.
MediTek stairlifts use safe, low voltage maintenance free battery power (24V DC) which ensures continued operation (average of 30 return journeys) in the even of a temporary power outage.
Where the Stairlift track may obstruct a door or passageway, it is possible to use a Manual or Powered Folding Hinge Track.
